Kasey is a real working dog, the uncontested king of a sheep farm in New South Wales. I was absolutely astounded the first time I saw him work--with most animals, for example, when you try to point something out to them, they just stare at the finger that's pointing and never notice the thing in question. Kasey, though, understands the whole concept, and knows how to "go right" and "go left" as well--amazing! When he's not actually working with sheep, he likes to herd people, ducks, tennis balls, rocks and especially sticks--especially in the pond.
The actual size of this painting is about 10" x 14". It has only a single subject, of course, but since there is a great deal of detail in the background, a custom painting like this would cost about $165.
